The setup steps mentioned below consists of the following sections:

Section 1
Steps for Shopify Catalog import into ChannelSale
Enable Shopify product feed import into ChannelSale, navigate from top menu to page My Account > Settings > FTP/HTTP Settings.
**For setting up the Catalog process the values will appear pre-filled for URL and password as this will get retrieved from your Shopify account.**
You will need to edit the set-up and add the value "ChannelSale" in the "Shopify API Key" Section.
**Next, initiate the import process by clicking on the 'Import now' blue color button located on right side in grid below corresponding to Catalog import process.**
Upon clicking, the 'Import now' button the system will bring out a pop out for the 'Global Field mapping' page to complete the mapping for Shopify and ChannelSale fields by selecting from drop downs and matching fields, then click 'Save' tab appearing on top middle right of Global field mapping popout. This will initiate the import process, the processing time can vary depending on the product count, and post-processing the feed completion message will appear on the same screen.

Note: To import products as variations, go to the Recommended section of the 'Global Field mapping' page and map the 'ParentID' field (ChannelSale) with 'ParentID' field'. Then click the 'Save' tab appearing on the top middle right of the Global field mapping popout.
The same feed import processing result message can also be viewed in message center located at >Home.
The products imported can be viewed on page Inventory > All products.
Section 2
== Steps for Order import from Shopify to ChannelSale ==
Navigate from top menu to same page as above - My Account > Settings > FTP/HTTP Settings.
For setting up the Order export process, you will need to manually create the setup by selecting "Order Export" in the "Process Type" dropdown menu. Then proceed to add the values for Shopify API URL/Shopify API Key/Shopify API Password. The same can be taken from the Shopify Catalog Setup that would be located towards the bottom of the screen. You can select the order status as 'Unshipped' and, in the 'Channels' section, choose the marketplaces from which you want orders to be exported to Shopify. Then, in the 'Cut-off Date' field, specify the date from which you want the orders to be included in the export."
Further, initiate the order export process by clicking on the 'Export now' button, the processing time can vary depending on the orders count, and post-processing the feed completion message will appear on same screen.
The same above mentioned message can be viewed in message center located at >Home.
The orders exported can be viewed on page > Sales > Order/Transactions > All Orders > All Sales
Section 3
Steps to add setups for 2 marketplaces (Amazon & eBay)
a) Amazon
Navigate from the top menu to - Marketplaces > Marketplaces Settings > Account Details
Select 'Amazon Marketplace US' from the 'Select MarketPlace' dropdown menu.
Make sure to check the 'Download Order' box.
Then Click on 'Get Token' after which you will be redirected to the Amazon seller account login page.
Enter your Amazon seller account credentials and proceed to "Sign In"
You will then be redirected to Amazon's API permission page.
Once you approve the API token request, the Amazon API configuration will be established in the ChannelSale dashboard.
b) Ebay
Navigate from the top menu to - Marketplaces > Marketplaces Settings > Account Details
Select 'Ebay' from the 'Select MarketPlace' dropdown menu.
Make sure to check the 'Download Order' box.
Then Click on 'Get Token' after which you will be redirected to the eBay seller account login page.
Enter your eBay seller account credentials and proceed to "Sign In"
You will then be redirected to eBays API permission page.
Once you approve the API token request, the eBay API configuration will be established in the ChannelSale dashboard.
