Steps for Shopify Catalog import into ChannelSale
Enable Shopify product feed import into ChannelSale, navigate from top menu to page My Account > Settings > FTP/HTTP Settings.
**For setting up the Catalog process the values will appear pre-filled for URL/Users/password/filename/file format as will get retrieved from your Shopify account.**
**Next, initiate the import process by clicking on the 'Import now' blue color button located on right side in grid below corresponding to Catalog import process.**
Upon clicking, the 'Import now' button will change to "Importing now.. please wait", the wait time is estimated 1 to 2 minutes for approx. 1000 products
Next, system will bring out a pop out for the 'Global Field mapping' page to complete the mapping for Shopify and ChannelSale fields by selecting from drop downs and matching fields (here for linked test account, the mappings will appear pre-filled and no action required), then click 'Save' tab appearing on top middle right of Global field mapping popout. This will initiate the import process, the processing time can vary depending on the product count (here estimated time for completion for the pre-linked test account is 1 to 2 minutes), and post-processing the feed completion message will appear on same screen.
The same feed import processing result message can also be viewed in message center located at >Home.
The products imported can be viewed on page Inventory > All products.
== Steps for Order import from Shopify to ChannelSale ==
Navigate from top menu to same page as above - My Account > Settings > FTP/HTTP Settings.
For setting up the Order export process, the values will appear pre-filled for URL/Users/password/filename/file format as will get retrieved from your Shopify account. Next, click on Edit icon appearing in right side column (next to 'Export now' button) to change feed export location (FTP or HTTP) & automated scheduler settings.
Further, initiate the order export process by clicking on the 'Export now' button, the processing time can vary depending on the orders count, and post-processing the feed completion message will appear on same screen.
The same above mentioned message can be viewed in message center located at >Home.
The orders exported can be viewed on page > Sales > Order/Transactions > All Orders > All Sales
